The Deputy U.S. Marshals Association is a nonprofit, nongovernmental, association of operational U.S. Marshals Service personnel. The membership may include; Deputy U.S. Marshals, Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshals, Chief Deputy U.S. Marshals, HQ's Operational Personnel who are, or have previously served as, Deputy U.S. Marshals and U.S. Marshals who have previously served as Deputy U.S. Marshals. |

DUSMA Organizational StructureArticles of Incorporation Incorporation Certificate Constitution and Bylaws The Association will be governed by a National Executive Board. The board will consist of a President and Regional Directors representing different geographical areas of the United States. Each region will be composed of local chapters. Members of each chapter will elect a field representative, the field representatives will then vote for their regional director and the President at the National Convention. During the formative stages, the Association will be governed by an Interim Board of Directors. The current Interim Board is as follows: DUSMA's Interim OfficersPresident - John D.
